Adam
Founder | Deer Stalker | Shooting Instructor
I've spent a lifetime behind a rifle. As one of a very small number of shooters to represent Great Britain at international level in two disciplines—fullbore target rifle and smallbore—I bring a level of marksmanship that most stalkers simply can't match.
That precision matters. In deer management, shot placement is everything. A clean kill means no suffering, no wounded animal, no follow-up required. My background in competitive shooting at the highest level translates directly into humane, effective deer control.
Beyond stalking, I'm a qualified shooting instructor, helping others develop their skills safely and effectively. I approach deer management the same way I approach competition: preparation, discipline, and respect for what the rifle can do.

Gracie
Lead Tracking Dog | Weimaraner
German engineering at its finest. Gracie is a Weimaraner—a breed developed specifically for hunting, combining exceptional scenting ability with the stamina and discipline to work all day in any conditions.
Highly trained and utterly reliable, Gracie is the operational backbone of our fieldwork. Her role is critical: tracking deer movement, locating wounded animals, and covering ground that would take me three times as long alone. She works with quiet efficiency—no wasted energy, no unnecessary noise.
In the field, Gracie's focus is absolute. She reads the land, picks up scent trails invisible to human senses, and communicates what she finds with the subtle precision you'd expect from a breed built for exactly this purpose.

Mavvie
Scent Specialist | Tri-Trained Pug
Don't let the compact frame fool you. Mavvie is a tri-trained working dog: scent hound, truffle hound—we call him the Truffle Piglet—and a certified PAT (Pets As Therapy) dog. Three disciplines, one remarkably versatile pug.
His nose is extraordinary. Where Gracie covers ground, Mavvie works the detail—pinpointing scent sources with a precision that belies his size. In truffle work, that same ability translates to locating the most subtle underground fungi. It's the same skillset applied differently.
But Mavvie's therapy certification speaks to something else: temperament. He brings a calming presence that balances Gracie's intensity. After a long morning in the field, his role shifts—grounding the team, reminding us why we do this work with care and compassion.

Working in Harmony
What makes this team effective isn't just individual ability—it's how we work together. Gracie and Mavvie complement each other perfectly: one covers distance, the other works detail; one brings drive, the other brings calm. They've learned to read each other, coordinating without commands, anticipating what's needed.
That harmony extends to how we work with landowners. We arrive quietly, work efficiently, and leave your land better than we found it. No drama, no disruption—just professional deer management delivered by a team built on trust, training, and shared purpose.
